When hungry, 7-9am, Citrus fruit:
1-2 oranges, mandarins, grapefruit (in slices or juice) or other fresh juicy fruit. No fleshy fruits.
when hungry, 12-2pm, 2 courses:
a) Raw salad, rich variety: half a lettuce, 2 cabbage leaves, parsley, mint, some green pepper, some onion or garlic, grated carrot, beets, half apple or avocado. In summer, tomato, cucumber or else. A little lemon, oregano, hot pepper, 5-6 unsalted olives. b) After 20 minutes: a vegetable protein meal, cooked over low fire. Change every day: BIO rice, lentils, beans, chickpeas, soybeans, peas, potatoes. Soak them many hours ago. 10 minutes before the end of the boil, add for each serving, 1 whole onion, carrot, lemon and olive oil on the plate. The second course can be steamed vegetables, different in each country and season.
When hungry, 6-8pm, only fleshy fruit:
1-2 apples, 1-2 pears, 1 banana, half avocado, 1-2 kiwis, 1 lotus, some cherries or melon, watermelon, grapes or other fruit in season (5-10 minutes breaks between each type of fruit). Once a week, a handful of dried fruit: blanched almonds, pistachios, walnuts, or other nuts. Once a week, one youghurt (natural) or little feta cheese desalted. Never eat anything between these meals. Do not drink anything before, during or after eating.

W E  A V O I D
1) White bread and all flour products (pasta, macaroni, etc. cakes, cookies, biscuits, toast, croissants. 2) Sugar and everything containing it: jam, canned fruit, juices, ice creams, chocolate etc. 3) Salt in cooking or in the dish 4) canned milk and all kind of milk products 5) alcoholic (wine, beer, ouzo, etc.) 6) Beverages: tea, chamomile tea, coffee, chocolate, cocoa 7) cigarettes, cigars, etc.

IN CASE OF SERIOUS DISEASE OR DISTURBANCE (obesity, heart disease, diabetes, ulcers, asthma, arthritis etc.). For 3-5 days we eat only fruit, about 1,5kg. a day. A small quantity every 3 hours. Best one type of seasonal fruits, oranges, cherries etc. After that, we return to the above health eating programme.

IN CASE OF VERY SERIOUS DISEASE OR DISTURBANCE (associated with UNHEALTHY diet). Fast for a few days, then orange juice for 2 days. Then salad and steamed vegetable for 2 days, then back to the normal healthy diet.


FRUIT should be eaten alone. Salads combine with olive oil and lemon. Steamed vegetables combine with vegetable oils and hard carbohydrates (beans, rice, potatoes, bread, etc.). The animal proteins do not combine with carbohydrates or with oils or fats, but only with vegetables or salad. In order to restore or maintain health, essential daily motion: Physical work or walking 1-2 hours morning and afternoon. Lukewarm shower (or cold). Nude body in the sun and the air, for more or less time (depending on weather) every day.


1. We can make salads with other raw vegetables, different in each country. .
2. Healthy drinks:
a) JUICE of beets, carrots, radishes, cooked or raw (in a juice extractor). Juice from the stems of artichokes. b) Water in which we have soaked dried figs or prunes or raisins (at least for 3 hours).
c) A glass of cold or hot water in which we melt a spoonful of yogurt and half a lemon. Or a spoonful of mashed potatoes in a glass of hot or cold water and half lemon. Discover healthy drinks on the basis of natural food items. Not everyday. When thirsty, drink only water with a little lemon juice.
d) 15 ground almonds (or two tablespoons of sesame seeds) blended with 2 cups of water. With or without honey. The same with other kinds of nuts.
e) Boil soya or common beans or other dry pulse, chickpeas (more often), lentils, rice or other bio legume in 3-4 times more water for 10 minutes. Drink the broth (with or without lemon). The rest in the refrigerator. The next day we boil them again. Drink the broth in the morning, warm. Eat the legume at noon, as the second course, after the salad. Pulse must be organic. Conventional pulse have only 50% of the nutritional value of bio ones. This broth detoxifies the body, alkalizes the blood and cures hepatitis and other infections and raises the iron content in the blood.
